My Cubby used to do that same sound when she would put her head out the window when we would go for rides in the car. My mommy called it "motorboating". It made my mommy cry when she saw the video cuz she was remembering Cubby.

Both my pups do the same thing.  Infact last night I heard howling, like loud howling and I knew it was Alex so I jumped out of bed and ran downstairs so see him sound asleep on the couch and didn't even flinch when I came up and pet him.  He was just dreaming.  Running in his sleep too.  Who knew dogs had nightmares.  Ha.

What a lucky dog you are! We aren't allowed on the couch (or the bed or anything of the sort). Of course, when no one's home, who's the wiser!? We just take the fifth (or blame the cat) for the massive fur clumps on the cushions...
