Hi everyone,

this question is about the Hartz medication.  I am not sure if you have read my blog but to make a long story short we used Hartz flee and tick drops on Sadie.  Later I find out this is a bad medicine.  It was to late she now has a lot of hair loss and very itchy skin.  i talked to Hartz and they said to send my vet bills a letter requesting a refund and then they will decide if they will refund my money.  They also asked for a diagnosis from the vet which she wrote for me.  I am just wondering if anyone else has delt with them and how it went.  Also do you think if they won't pay I should contact a lawyer?  I think I have a case,  What do you think?

Sadie is a german shepard and has to be shaved tomorrow because of hair loss due to Hartz medicine.   She has sensetive skin and I wan't to make sure with the warm weather coming I keep her from getting sun burnt.  If anyone knows of something I can use on her please let me know.  thank you
