People are such ignorant creatures, ruled by fear and prejudice.  It's not fair, especially to Diesel.

We are saddened to hear of your loss, and outraged that someone could commit murder and get away with it. Diesel was a beautiful dog, who deserved to die at an old age after giving out much love and loyalty.
