Hi my name is Aura and I am a year old blue merle Australian shepherd.  I live with my large Aussie family in Reno, Nevada.  Among my family members is mom Lapis, Grandma Lacy, Aunt Topaz, and Uncle Rockstar.  I enjoy a lot of doggie activities with my human mom.  My favorite is herding and secondary to that is agility.  My favorite hobbies include swimming, hiking, and just wrestling with my family.  In my downtime I really enjoy the soft life of sleeping on the bed or on the couch.  You can see more of my family on their pages.  Thanks for letting me join.  

Hello there my name is Rockstar or if you like Rocky.  I am a red tri Australian shepherd and I live with four other related Aussie folks.  Above all else I love food and can be counted on being the first in line for any kind of food.  I am not much for toys unless it is chasing someone that is plaing keep away with one.  I love to go for car rides particularly if they end up somewhere fun.  I enjoy agility mostly for the food and also so I can run.  I have started herding sheep and that is a lot of fun also.  I love water as long as I can touch and really enjoy chasing dogs in it.  My mom calls me her handsome red devil dog but I know she loves me.

Hey my name is Topaz and I love every dog and person that I meet.  Everyone is greeted with a grin and the typical Aussie wiggle.  Sometimes I get carried away and jump up but I am always good with little children whom I adore.  I have recently discovered the sheer thrill of swimming and retrieving sticks out of the water.  I really enjoy my backyard full of trees as it gives me a great job to  do: KEEP ALL birds out of the trees hehe.  I am really understanding the concept of agility so I am turning on the speed and I can't wait to try my paws at obedience.  Mom says I have great natural focus and heal position whatever that all means.  Above all else I love off leash walks and playing with my Aussie family.  If water is involved that makes it all even better. 

I just turned four but everybody thinks I am the pup of the family.  Itty bitty is my favorite nickname after lickis Lapis.  I am a great snuggler and follow my mommy everywhere she goes when she is home and sleep at the bottom of her bed everynight keeping her feet warm.  Mommy tells me I am the bestest little blue girl.  I like to talk lots and always add my voice to any occation.  I am a very accomplished agility dog and have competed in Rally successfully also.  I have asked my mom to stick to the agility and forget the obedience and Rally.  I really enjoyed being a mommy last year and love to play with my daughter Aura and also son Skittles when he comes for a visit.  I get to see sons Ricco and Guido at agility class but I just like to boss them around.

I take my job seriously as the matron of the house.  Queen of the dogs is my self appointed title.  I am the mother or grandmother of all the other dogs in the household.  Lapis, Topaz, and Rockstar are my pups and Skittles and Aura are my grandpups. Not to brag but they are all following in my pawprints.  Showdogs, agility, rally are all things that I passed my talents of beauty, brains, focus and athletic ability to enable them to succeed as I have.  I take my job as protector of my family both dog and human seriously.  I very intently and usually rather quietly impress upon anybody dog or human that are stepping outside the boundries I have determined.  My nickname of in your face Lace is well earned.

Hi Skittles is my name and playing is my game.  I am lucky enough to have two homes.  I was quiete the energetic attention demanding puppy I am told.  Puppy mom decided I was best off in a home that could give the attention I needed.  Thanks mom for finding me the most perfect home with two young boys to play lots with me and two very active adults who let me go running and biking with them daily.  Togehter they also keep me involved in agility and my new love herding where I show lots of talent.  I visit my puppy mom and doggie family lots when my other family is out of town.  I have the best of both worlds.  I absolutely adore all toys and love to play tug with anything.
