living through ebony mae's eyes

this is a great spot for me to live through her eyes and hopefully by using my many talents i can achieve greatness.  just remember behind every man there is (the form of) a woman.  my woman happens to be a four-legged furry friend and what better companion.  i am so thankful to have her in my life and i cannot begin to tell you how much she's changed my life in just three months.  coming up with her name was a challenge especially since i didn't know her pervious name.  ebony, being very dark brown or black matches most of her upper body and tail, mae is my mother's middle name.  i've been a dog owner before, but its been over 18 years since my last dog, and she came to me at a time when things were rough in my life and i do believe there is a plan for most things in this small world we share, and now ebony mae and i share it together.  for better or worse.    and raising an adolescent dog is much like it would be a child.  some days she earns her gold star and other days well let's just say, there is always tomorrow, but all in all i wouldn't change a thing.
