Hi Doc, I just saw this sad news today.  I haven't been on much lately.  Know that even though Amelia isn't here with you now, she'll ALWAYS be with you and know that she's happy, healthy and meeting lots of new friends at the Rainbow Bridge. 

Our sincere condolences... a good dog with a loving owner, she will be forever happy in Heaven. Best wishes, and with a tear in my eye, Rest In Peace, Amelia.

Doc We are so sad right now as we know how hard this is for you! Just remember that now she feels no pain now and is playing with a bunch of other loved ones and will be waiting at the Rainbow Bridge for YOU! You gave her a wonderful life and I know she loved you for that! It is hard to read the Rainbow Bridge poem right now----everytime I read it I cry about my Jessy but then I smile! Doc, We are so, so sorry for your loss of Amelia.  It is so very hard to lose a part of your family that you have been with and cared for every day for so long.  We hope you feel some comfort in knowing that she is not hurting anymore and is waiting for you at the Bridge.  Our Hannah is waiting for us too and we know that she is no longer in pain. We still miss her each and every day but we are blessed to have had her in our lives and know she is with the other pets awaiting their family to join her someday.  We are thinking of you.
