This is one great dog. When I first met her, she was at a sanctuary in Mississippi along with her Mom and brother. I fell in love with her little 4 month old self instantly and she followed me every step I took that day. She is very protective of her mommy and the ruler of the roost!

SHe knows commands by sign language and is very standoffish at first, once she makes friends with you, consider it a priveledge.

I was found and taken to the shelter that my Mom used to be director, with a gunshot would to my leg. SHe was so good to me even though at first it hurt so bad that I wanterd to bite her, she was a good person and I love her! She had to beg to kep me, but she wanted me ( how awesome) so I have been with her ever since. I am afraid of storms, so Mom always brings me in with her when the weather is bad. She takes me to the pond to swim, I do not care for those felines and I have killed a couple. Mom doesn't like that at all, so I try to behave now. If you want to drop i line I wil write back.

WHere do i start. I was dumped at a shelter, Mom was working there, instant love on her part, i wasn't so sure about anyone... She persisted though, and I love this family. DOn't know how I feel about being named after a nut... Hmmmm. but I guess i am a nut in a sense.

I don't remember much about my puppy life until I moved in with mom amd pop. I remember being hungry, but once I moved in with them, life is pretty good. Mom said Iwas found in a garbage can on Thanksgiving and someone took me to Moms house cause she was the shelter director and i have been there since. I think i rule the rest, but I think I have more of the bluff,, no one messes wit the griz!

ha i have been hit by the mailman, attacked by coyotes and have had my toe cut off by steel jaw trap... Got to love life!!!!!

Michael is my hero, when I was found on the side of the road, i  was on my way to the shelter, but Mike decided that he wanted to keep me, plain and skinny as I was. So I still the babe, i am alpha female, Cash thinks she is going to be, but not while I am still able!

i am scared of loud noises an storms, but Mom takes care of me so I won't be scared. She even gives me some kind of medicine to help me sleep when it storms! I like that it is over when I wake up!

Life is pretty good here.
