walking

mom took us on a nice walk this morning, we are having very nice weather. the sky was blue and the japanese maples and azaleas were beautiful. mostly we use a regular collar and a leather leash but since mom can’t have any pulling she put our gentle leaders on just in case. we always walk on the left and never go in anyones yard so no need to pick up poop. we are very picky about only pooping in our own yard. especially sancho, very modest. we could do a dayhike and wait till we get home to poop bol . we usually walk in the morning and a sunset walk. in the summer we see lots of those squirrels that dixie wants so badly, sometimes bunnies and late evening we have foxes. last yr our neighbor had a bobcat in the backyard. that would have scared sancho into next yr bol we do run into neighbor dogs but usually don’t stop to sniff because dixie is miss snappy so mom makes her sit while other dog goes by, shes such an alpha our background pic was taken out on a walk a few weeks ago.hope to read some other stories of your walks.
