Sams mom died when he was a few days old. The people that owned Sams mom was given away the puppies to people that could take care of them. My husband went work one day and a friend of his told him about what happened to Sams mom. Well we told him to bring us one we didnt care if it was male or female. He knew we would take care of the puppy really well. I fell in love with Sam the minute I seen him. Sam was the runt of the litter which ment even more special care had to be given but we didnt mind . Sam had to be bottle fed, kept warm and watched over a lot. As you can see he grew up to be a big boy and the joy of our life. We found out later that he is the only dog of his litter that lived and that his dad had died to. Sam is the light of our world and loved very much.
