My dogs

Our dogs are our kids.  Kete we got when my husbands friend invited him to stay and she was to become a breeder female but with a short coat my husband know she would not last the winter there so the next day he brought her home with him.  Later on we boughther for $400 and promised to try to breed her but it did not take.  Later on we think she may be gay.  Later when she was spay we found out she had pymetria and would have gotten sick and died if we would have waited to much longer.  Now that she is older her bum leg bothers her in the winter so we give her joint meds to keep her going. OH and at the time she became part of our family my husbands black lab was getting close to the end of her life and we had to put her down mid July 2004.  A few weeks later is when Teeny became family.  She was the cutest thing ever all white body black head and tail with a white dipstick on the end.  Now she’s just mommy’s little girl.  A year and a half later just before we started looking for a different house we stopped at the pet shop and while there I noticed a litle beagle with a funny shaped head and when I asked what was up with that the shop manager wasn’t sure if he wasn’t dropped or he had mush head.  Before we left my husband left our number in case they decided to put him down we would take him.  A few days later while looking at houses they called a that after noon we went and picked him up and took him to the vet they wanted to just keep an eye on him.  We had to take him in for a check up a week or so later and he was doing just fine.  Today all three dogs are doning great and love our counrty home.  Better than living in town.   Just about one year ago we had a new member of our family.  My husband found a week old kitten in our garage.  We left him out there over night in case his mommy came back for him which she didn’t and we had to find out how to take care of a week old kitten, what to feed him, how to feed him.  My husband was a real trooper he took care of Mr. Poody throu out the night. I showed him how to potty him which was funny when he became a little fountain.  Now he loves his daddy and he is huge plus he plays with Mr. B just like typical boys.  Every ones in bed now and I’m still working on profiles.  So later.
