Sheltie or Aussie?

As i did all my research to find out if my dog was really a sheltie or if she was an aussie i asked around to many dog owners who either had a sheltie or an aussie or even both!

Most of them said "yup thats an aussie alright."

While others said " she has so many features of a sheltie but theres no way that she can be an aussie because her face is to sheltie-like."

So while i was being stuck in the middle of that issue i decided to go to the local pet stores and googled images/info on line to see the difference between them and there coat colors/designs.

Then to make a long story of boring research short then final answer to my question is that- yes my dog is a FULLBREED SHELTIE!

(Just a very unique one in fact.)

** So i just wanted to say THANK-YOU to everyone who helped me to figure out which breed my dog really was.=] **

I never doubted Lilu-Blue was a sheltie ~ she is adorable. You got her from a breeder, did you not see the parents? Not that it means much, but what do her papers say? Anyone can "fudge" papers.

Bottom line: unless you are showing or breeding (I won't get started Surprised), Lili is happy, healthy and loved. Does it really matter what she is? When I got Mack, I thought he was a mix (I didn't care if he was half dinosaur), turns out he is the second most rare in aussies. Tina
