Hi! I'm Molly. I'm a Mutt and proud of it! I've been with my family for almost 7 years. I'm usually a pretty friendly dog, but if you hurt my family, I'll hurt you! I was wandering the streets of Hinton, WV one day when I saw some people walking a dog. I walked over to them and they petted me. I liked them so I followed them home. I guess they liked me too, cuz I've been with them ever since. They named me Dixie. I'm a really friendly dog. I love to chase a ball. Outside is my favorite place to be, especially on warm, sunny days. I'll do anything for people food (honestly, who eats dog food?) and I like to sleep... zzzzz...

Hello. My name is Bear. I'm from Budapest, Hungary. Some guy bought me for his wife but she didn't want me (how could you not want me?! I'm adorable!). So they put an ad in the paper and someone else took me in. I've been with them for almost 2 years. After they'd had me for a while, they got a beautiful black Lab. They named her Bobo. Bobo is now my "wife". We have 10 puppies (thank goodness they don't live with us anymore!).
If you've heard anything about Chows being aggressive dogs, I can prove that wrong. I'm afraid of my own shadow! And I love to snuggle... I'm just a big teddy Bear.

One day, some guy picked me up on the Blue Ridge Parkway and fed me food from Bojangle's. That's how I got my name: Bobo. Anyway, the guy brought me to some people that had a big white Chow. His name is Bear. Me and Bear have 10 puppies (they have new homes now. I'm glad my work is done!). Ok, enough about that. I like to play outside and wrestle with Bear (remember, Bear, I wear the pants in this relationship!
). I try to talk to my humans, but they don't always understand what I'm trying to say. I like to chase and bark at things. Ooh, look, a bunny... gotta run!

How's it waggin' guys?
Enjoying a great Tuesday here. The garbage men came this morning so I "supervised" them. I've been laying in the warm sun this morning, keeping one eye open for squirrels. They must be taking today off or on vacation. Just as well, I was pretty comfortable just laying on the deck.

Hi Bear, I hope you're not too warm this time of year. My aunt, uncle and cousins used to live in Virginia, and my mom and I lived in Maryland for a while.
Now we live up on Lake Superior in Wisconsin where it is much, much cooler.
People sometimes ask my mom if I'm a chow! She explains that my folks went north to Siberia, your folks went to China, and that nobody ever made you guys pull a sled. Or herd reindeer.
