My name is Portia, and don't let my size fool you!!!I am a 90 lbs. German Shepard, and everybody calls me "Bump". But, although I might look scary from the outside, I am very sweet on the inside. I'll be your best friend if you pet me or kick the ball for me. I JUST LOVE CHASIlNG BALLS!!!( I love chewing on them too ). I also like playing with my brother, Hef and we like to have @#$% competitions ( my parents don't like that too much ).Before Hef, I used to have a little sister and a little brother - two turtles...Unfortunately, when my brother Hef arrived, he had really sharp teeth, and he hurt R Kelly - my turtle...Afterwards, R Kelly got a bad infection and she passed away. I LOVE WALKS, but I hate baths. I am the most depressed dog then...:( But after baths, I love to @#$% off my parents so I roll in the mud.:)

My name is Hef, and I'll lick you to death. I was adopted by my Mommy and Daddy from shelter, where I was in a tiny cage. Now, I run in a big yard with my sister Portia. Back to my shelter. When my parents got me, I was full of scars all over my body, and I was pretty hungry. I was afraid of everything when I got to my new home. But, as soon as I saw how loving my Mommy and Daddy are, I was much more relaxed. I love playing with my parents, and eating. I'll eat just about anything!!!I LOVE TO CHEW on things. Especially ropes, and balls. I chewed up my grandma's and grandfather's doormats, and they were really pissed...But now I am a good dog. I just chew on balls and ropes. I am still affraid of some things, but I am happy dog who will "die" for a belly rub.

Rocky here.
We wish everyone a Happy 4th of July!
We are ready for the fireworks, we think. We usually hear fireworks almost every day since we live close to Disneyland. We fall asleep to the sound of the Disney fireworks. We are making sure Panchita is getting prepared since she scared easily with loud noises. She's a runaway too. It's been months since her last escape so we are very proud of her for stickin' around. She always loves to follow Leader around so that may be why. Olivia, well, I don't think there is anything that can wake up that couch potato! She usually sleeps through them and earthquakes too. Olivia is one tough cookie monster. Me Rocky, well, as long as Leader is around, I have no problem with fireworks. My first 4th of July, I was actually outside watching them with me pillow!
Don't be scared guys, just make sure your Leaders are not scared and stay safe. If you stay safe, nothing is gonna happen. Think of sweet smells and happy thoughts. Makes sure to always go back to basics by going for a long walk to drain off energy before challenging the mind.
