Someone found me walking around a parking lot.  I was little then. They tried to keep me, but their big dog didn't like me.  They heard about my Mom and Dad(they just had lost their Charlee) and asked them to take me in. They were still very very sad and didn't know if they wanted to take me, but I was so cute they couldn't resist. My big sister,Sandee,didn't mind having me around at all.  I think she was missing Charlee.  The cat liked me,too.  Now, I have been here almost 3 years. I gave everyone a big scare this year with all my seizures, but we are working to make me stop having them. I don't like to talk about them because it might bring me bad luck. I love carrots, pizza crust and peanut butter. I can get my back scratched for hours and hours. I like to give people toys when they visit my house. Mom calls me a "character". I don't know what it means,but she laughs when she says it,so it must be okay. I'm getting tired, so I'm gonna take a nap on the big bed. See ya.

I used to belong to another family.  Their very big dog didn't like me. He hurt me. I still have the scars. My first family looked for a new family for me, so I could be safe.  They found Mom and Dad. I was not happy leaving my home. I wouldn't go near anyone. I wouldn't let Mom pet me. The next morning ,Grandma drove by the house and saw my paws coming out the window.  She took me to her house to wait for Mom and Dad.  (They had gone shopping to get me a bed and toys and stuff. While they were away, I had explored my new house. I went into my people sister's room and the door shut behind me. I got scared, so I tried to go out the window.) While I was waiting at Grandma's, I decided to escape her backyard and wait on the front lawn. I went back to my new house. I have been there 10 years already. I follow Mom wherever she goes. She can't believe I am the same girl who wouldn't let her pet me! I am big and scary when I bark, but I am a mush. I like to play and go in my own pool. When I was little I used to chase the fish on the bottom of the pool until Dad told me they were painted on. I have to go. The guy who plays with our mailbox everyday is coming --the nerve! Bye.
