It may sound weird but if you buy a bunch of bandana's or something else like it and get your smell on it you can tie them around telephone poles in the area. I did that when my dog ran away and she came home shortly after. I guess she just forgot her way home or didn't know we were back yet until she smelled us. Good luck!

I always keep thinking about you Roxy, my human Dad will be working for Aetna in a few weeks and will no longer be driving the taxi for extra cash, but he is always out there looking, especially late night.  He works again Friday and Saturday, 4pm-4am.  Update me on any sitings, if any?

Hubby is driving 4:00pm today (Sun) until 4:00am.  He is always looking.  Let us if there are any other sightings.   

I just called my husband and he is in the cab right now in Somerville.  He knows the area where you live and where Roxy was last spotted.  He really is on the lookout for her, for what it is worth.  He saw an ad you placed (Craigslist I think?) and that is how he knows where to look.  As worried as I am, I am actually holding onto hope on this one.  Because there have been sightings of her she has to be somewhere.  Like I said he will be driving until 4:00 am. You gave me an excellent description of her in your post and he said that was very helpful besides seeing her picture.  Everything is in God's hands now, all we can do is look for her and pray and not give up hope .... PS  That crazydoglady is one caring person too.  She had a good idea about the lost dog report, I wouldn't have known to do that.  Good luck and keep me posted about any other sitings.

Make sure you fill out a lost dog report with the Animal Rescue League of Boston if you havent already. I use to work for them and they are very helpful too. Here is their phone number and I'm sure they will be more than happy to help you out.

Hubby is heading into Somerville soon.  He strats at 2:30 or 3:00 and he will work tonight until 4:00 am.  He said he will search everywhere for Roxy while he drives in his cab.  He wants to know if she wears any kind of collar and if there would be tags. Also about how big is she (height, weight).  He took a good long look at her picture, so he knows that she looks like.  Also have you tried calling area rescues or area town halls, etc.?  As a Mom I feel for you too, your poor 8 year old.  I was still say some prayers and Jim will be on the lookout, there is a picture of him in my profile.  God Bless, Sharon  PS Have you checked Craigslist.com and Petfinder.com ?  Again Prayers
