Sad Day

Tonight was sad for me.  Mommy found out that one our online schnauzer friends in Texas, isn't with us anymore.  Shuggar's mommy is very sad and upset today cause she lost her baby.  Shuggar and i had exchanged Christmas gifts a few times and I enjoyed looking at pictures of her.  She was a salt and pepper schnauzer and liked to wear dresses too.  We will miss you Miss Shuggar....

Day Care part 2

Yesterday we had new vinyl flooring put in our hallway and bathroom.  So mom decided to take me to daycare again.  But she took me to her first choice this time.  Doggie Pause was fun.  It was raining yesterday morning when we left to go, so when we got there, i got to splash in the puddle before going in.  I made new friends at day care this time.  There was Tyson the  bulldog, and he had his lil bear with him.  And there was Buster and WInston.  They are family and come together.  Buster was big and liked to talk a lot.  But they were super friendly.  And there was a girl doggie beside me, but i don't know her name.  Mommie took my blue bunny and ball and blankie with me, and that was good.  She also took me some treats to snack on during the day.  When mommie and meemaw came to pick me up, i even kissed my daycare teacher goodbye.  I much enjoyed the day more than the other place.  Mom also stopped and got me some french fries from McDonald's on the way home. 

 

I don't like the new floor.  The hallway used to be carpet, and now i won't walk down the hall to get to the bedroom.  I have to be carried.  And then i whined this morning and woke my meemaw up so she could carry me out of the room.   Mom says i have to learn to be a big girl and walk down the hallway.  We will see about that.  

My first day of DayCare

Tuesday we had our bathroom redone.  And so mommy took me to day care cause I really don't like strange people, much less strange men in MY house.  So mom and went and had checked out a few places, but the one she liked the most (they had 4 other schnauzers like me there) didn't open up early enough so i had to go to her 2nd choice.  So we got there at 8 am and i cried.  I didn't want mommy to leave me.  So she had to walk me back to my play area cause i wouldn't go to the girl.  After mommy left she said she got out to her car and cried.  They didn't let me play around other doggies cause they could tell i was stressed out a bit.  But they did walk me and play with me and i was sooooooooooooooooooooooo excited when mommy came to get me.  As soon as i heard her talking i started yipping for her to get me.  And since mommy had to leave me at daycare she took me to get french fries from Burger King for dinner.  At the window while we were waiting for our food, the nice lady gave me a doggie treat.  That was the best treat i've had in a while.   My Meemaw came with mom to pick me up and she snuck me a few fries on the way home.  I can't say i really like the new bathroom, cause the old way was my room when my family leaves, but i'll get used to it i guess.   Mommy thinks she's going to take me to day care once or twice a month now for just a day at a time.   So on Wednesday I started back on my diet.  But it was good to fries after day care. 

Big Girl Day...

I had to go get shots today from the doctor.  And since i have to go to day care next week on the 9th, i had to get my boarder thing.  They put this thing in my nose and put stuff in there.  Icky!!!  Plus i got 2 shots, and one of them bled a little bit.  Then they told my mommie tht i am over weight and have to go on a DIET!!!!!  I weigh 21 pounds and they want me to get down to 15 pounds.  I think the next couple of months is not going to be any fun for me.  But mommie was nice enough to get me some french fires on the way to make me feel better.   But she said after today no more.  That makes me sad.  :(

Hi everyone.  My name is Miss Maxie, but i go by a lot of other names.  Mainly spoiled and rotten.  Of course my fav is lil diva.  Cause let me tell you, i am certainly a diva.  I mean how could one not be?
