I was born in July 2007. My momma came to see me, just a looking.. and a week later my new family came to get me and take me home.. a great big back yard, comfy couches, big beds and lots of blankets & tons of love.

It took a bit of adjusting to life with 2 bigger dogs - I have 2 aunties. Aussie Sky loves to run and chase me in the backyard, but I'm too wiggley for her to get me... and Mama Bean, she's my whippet auntie.. she loves me but she's kinda older and doesn't like to run more than a sprint around the yard a day.. but she always makes sure my ears are nice and clean.

I have 2 big brothers too (they only have 2 legs each, but they run fast and are good barkers!).

I love my home!

Momma says she's had all sorts of doggies in her life... but when she got me, she said she found the greatest of all doggies.

I was born in WA state from a litter of 12 and my moms sister had 11.. there were 20-something puppies and when I flew home to Ohio, my family called me 'Devil Dog' I was a wild pup!

I'm all grown up now and love to lay around, what tv and snuggle in bed.

All my grown up doggie siblings have passed away but last summer mom & dad brought home a 4 year old australian shepherd named Sky.. she's ok, but she sometimes thinks mom and dad are only hers - silly girl...

Then, much to my dismay, mom and dad brought home this little italian greyhound and named him Enzo.. wow is he ever a bundle of energy. They must have known Sky needed a funner playmate than me.

But life is good.. I'm getting older and I notice I get away with more.. and mom and dad sneak me goodies more than they do the other dogs. Mom says I'm getting "soft" and that she likes the way my skin feels.. I love when mom loves on me.

My dad and 2-legs brothers came to see me at the Humane Society in June 2007. They wanted a dog that would make them feel safe at home in and around the house and yard. I am a great watch dog!

Whippet Mama Bean and Iggy Enzo are my home buddies.

My name is Ella.  My new momma says I'm the pretty little girly ig she's ever seen.  I am fawn with white toes and a white tipped tail and just a little white on my chest.  My first momma says I'm the smartest puppy of all my brothers and sisters.

I can't wait to come to my new home.. I'm going to have 2 aunties and Enzo says he'll take care of me and play with me and snuggle with me and love me. 

Momma also says she's not looking forward to puppy training again... but I'm too darned cute to resist and she knows I'll be a champ at it.. and she says accidents are a-ok.. no worries.  Slow and easy!

I don't really get to come home until July 16th.. but momma already has pictures and comes to visit me.. so I'm hers, but still have to stay with my first momma for good socializing skills and extra nutrition.

I am actually a toy australian shepherd, only about 15 inches tall - yes, really, I am.  I'm tri-colored with perky ears and big eyes.

Some dogs bark or chase tails.  Some dogs lick.  I lick, and lick and lick.  I love to lick.  The only way to get me to stop is to pet me.  I can't help it; it's uncontrollable.

I'm the bestest girl, momma says.  I don't bark and if I do, momma says "quiet" and I listen, unlike the rest of the pack.

When my now-family came to get me, the littlest human boy, chased me around and around the table.  When mom and dad told him to stop, I turned around and started following him.  Everyone laughed.

I'm a pretty red merle (everyone says so) with amber eyes.  I'm a miniature australian shepherd... There are three sized of us, my girl Lu-Lu who is smallest, then me and then big Sky.  I'm the prettiest though.
