My Mom and Dad drove about an hour in the rain to come and get me! We are all soooooo happy that they did. I adore my Dad, but my Mom and I are the best of friends. We do everything together. She tells me that I am her guardian angel. My Mom and Dad got me because they were so lonely after their first little dogchild passed away. She was 11 1/2 and had diabetes real bad. Mom says I am so much like her. I know I could never replace her, but I know I have filled that empty place in Mom's heart. I am the luckiest little girl to have a Mom and Dad who love me so much.

Right now, my brothers and sisters are horses, and I can't really play with them.

Maybe someday my Mom will get me a real playmate!

4/18/08  WE'RE GONNA HAVE BABIES!!!!

My Mom and Dad decided it was time for me to get a real playpal. We decided to go to see this adorably handsome mini schnauzer named Gator back in March. We got along REALLY well. My babies are due May 5th and we are all excited!!! I am getting really fat!!

Mom says she does not care if I have girls or boys, just as long as they are healthy and I am too. We are planning to keep at least one of my babies to be my new playpal (a girl). This will be my first litter....and my last. Wish me luck!!

BABY UPDATE!!!!!!

Well, it happened--May 5, 2008. I had 10, yes 10 puppies!!! Where did I have them, I wasn't that fat!! But one went to doggie heaven at birth, and another went to join him Wed. after the vet said he was a very sick puppy. But, there are still 8 healthy, happy, chunky babies to love (4 girls/4 boys). They are now 10 days old and weigh around 1 lb. each. Mom is crazy about them, and I let her hold them all the time. She says I am a very good mother myself. I have posted some pictures of my family --  a couple showing the same day they were born, and a close up of two of my kids at 6 days old. Hope you enjoy them.....

Well, most of the kids have found loving, forever homes. We hear from some of them, and even get pictures! Mom and Dad let Anna, Rudy, and Pork Chop stay with me. I am having the time of my life. I love my babies and we have sooooo much fun playing outside. They are now 5 mo. old, Mom has trained them to go outside to go potty, and they stay free in the house with me while Mom and Dad are off on errands. They are very good and do not touch anything. Life is Good!
