My name is Bear. I was brought into my dad's life when he was a little boy. I grew up with him. Now he is married and I live with him and my mom. I was hit by a school bus when I was younger which broke me up pretty bad and now as I age, arthritis is coming into my hips. I am now on an arthritis medicine for good. It has made me feel young again. Also when I was young, I was sitting under a tree when it got struck by lightening. So now I am terrified of thunderstorms! I have a very loving home with two other dogs. My parents spoil us rotten. I have been with my dad for 13 years and his wife (my mom) around 5 years. I have had to go through treatments for heartworms, but I came through with flying colors. I am a very very happy dog, with many more years to come!

Oh nooo I didnt know about Ajax. and his leg...he will be in our thoughts and prayers when he goes for the operation....Sasha is better today...still dopey from the meds..and still no running..which is so hard for a young active shep...and with the other two around...it makes it harder. Thank you for the sweet thoughts.

Oh thank you for asking about Sasha...we dont know how she did it..she didnt yelp or anything..but got a slice of her pad off...Vet said no stitches...clean slice...but meds and topical stuff..and shes limping..and a sock when she goes outside.

Good afternoon. Thanks for all the information about the weather, I was starting to get scared. I have heard stories that I won't be able to drive and just all kinds of things. Yes we do go to church, it is Ellisberg Baptist Church it is in Hustonville just outside of Danville. We started going there years ago when we would come up here on vacation. Everyone there is really nice, but alot older. There isn't anyone there our age, which is okay don't get me wrong. It just takes time I guess. Its just that I was so comfortable in Florida growning up in a town and knowing everyone just about. Starting all over hard, it will just take time. I lived in Melbourne its about fourty miles east of Orlando. It was a small town when we moved there one hundred years ago, now it is very busy. Well, hope you have a great day. Hello, yes we know where Hazard is. You are not to far from us, thats neat. Yes I lived in Florida all my life my parents and family are all there. My husband had moved there years ago when we met, I knew he wanted to come back to Kentucky but never really thought about it. Then he lost his job in Florida, and got a job here in Kentucky so here we are. It is beautiful here, and everyone is just so nice. But boy oh boy I am so home sick. I just need to get out and meet people. Are the winters here really bad? I get differant stories from everyone. Some say I will get snowed in and some say it isn't that bad? In Florida, well we were lucky if it got down to freezing. When does it start getting cold? We moved here On April 11th and it snowed that week.
