This was my precious Holly my partner got her for me just before christmas in 2001. When she was with her parents the father attacked her leaving her with massive swelling around the tummy and genital area. When I saw her I fell in love instantly she was tiny. We got her straight in at the vets and it turned out she had several hernias and twisted guts. The vet told us that she was so young she would possibly die under anaestethic. I was petrified when she had the first operation but overjoyed when she returned home right as rain. She had several operations until she was all better. I had her up until 27th January 07 and in that time I felt blessed to have had her. She was smaller than any other chihuahua I ever saw. I'd have to dress her in size 00 clothes as her bones were so tiny she couldnt bare the cold. Even when I'd walk her she'd have to be picked up when crossing rivers otherwise she'd get so cold and begin limping. On January 27th this year I woke up to find my beautiful Holly had passed on for reasons unknown to myself I was devastated! I still miss her everyday. I had her cremated and intend to have her scattered along the Lea where I used to walk her. I also will be getting a special tree for the garden in Hollys memory. She was a pleasure to have I put her sudden death down to her having digestive problems but I will always be thankful I had her for the short time I did. RIP Holly xxx
