Morning all...

I've done it again, the Lesley 'owner' is now on crutches because I ran into her knee again...... you think she would know by now that I don't look where I'm going.  She looks funny and she puffs and pants alot as she is trying to get about. She has some pills from the hospital that make her sleep a lot, pain killers I think they are called, but I think she would get better quicker if she used the knee more and started taking me and Hattie on the early morning walk again......

Every time she looks at me I do try to look sorry, but she looks so funny!!!

The 'owners' are getting the garden ready for 'spring' so I have been helping out with the planting and trimming, well I've taken a bit of a fancy to the big plant, in the big pot and I've started to eat it......its nice but the 'owners' don't seem to want it trimmed, all the leaves are gone from the bottom of the plant and I've now started resting my front paws on the rim of the pot and now I can trim it higher up. The Lesley 'owner' got a bit shouty about it the other day so I've been doing it when she's not looking, as a surprise for her...

Hattie's not to good in the garden she like's helping in the shed, that's where the big bags of food are kept, think she might be having a sneaky snack while she's helping out.

Well that's me done for today, oh hang on I forgot to say that the Lesley 'owner' has bought the Dog Whisperer book, Hattie and me were not happy about that so on Friday night when she was hoovering upstairs, we got the book off the side and ripped it up......all over the floor, all in little bits, you know how only dogs can do!!it was every where when she came down she looked a bit shocked, but not as shocked as me and Hattie when she told us it was her Harry Potter book, not the dog one........Hattie really should have paid more attention in her reading classes.  We got sent to the garden for that one, and it gave me a chance to carry on with the gardening. Poor Lesley she just cannot win......But that's Bassets for you, you just gotta love us.
