Ohh The Shame...

Hattie and me were dragged to the parlour on Saturday...the ladies were really nice and they did the silly voices and the cute talk to us we had the FULL WORKS>>.>.. bath, dry, nails, ears, oil, tail trim........its cost the 'owners' £50.00 for the both of us... they were pleased,so were we cos the anal glads were not touched, the 'owners' wont have that thank the hound lord....we smelt great to the 'owners' not so great to us, so Sunday over to the forest great day out nice long walk and Hattie scents it, the holy grail... fox poo but its a bit different... yes its deer poo, even better, even smellier, we were both in it, you wouldn't have believed Bassets could move that fast. But we did. We now smell like drains, so the 'owners' say but we are so happy..

You would think that the 'owners' would know by now, that it's just a waste of cash to try  to get a Basset to smell like a flower.
