Trigger was born in our home in southern Italy. My parents had his father, a smart and handsome dog named Joacchino (Joe for short) and then rescued a stray named Luna. The two mated and the result were four puppies. We re-homed three puppies and the mother and kept Trigger. Sadly, his father was hit by a car, about five years ago, and passed on. Trigger was the sole dog, up until the day I returned from England to be with my parents and found Marty.
Back in Italy, Trigger used to love the cats outside. He spent all of his time only with them and we're sure he felt he was a cat himself. He has never been a playful dog; his mummy is my mother, he follows her everywhere. He gets along with Marty and they're so funny to watch together: they're little and large! Birthday is April 10th.

I found him on the road, while I was cycling in southern Italy. He was only two months old and had been abandoned just there and then. I put him on my bike and took him home. It took us three months to get Marty over to Sweden, once we all moved to this country. It was very expensive and complicated, but both my mother and I would not have moved in the first place, without our gentle giant.

Marty is a Cane Corso, an Italian breed of dogs. He had a condition which made him limp, but with a lot of care and patience, my mum and I managed to improve his health and he no longer limps now. Marty's a very friendly dog, but he doesn't particularly like children. We think he might have had some bad experiences as a puppy, though we don't know much about his past. He's an attention seeker and got extremely attached to me from the start. I could not imagine this family without him, he's the youngest one and will always be our baby boy. Birthday is October 10th.
