Hey pals it’s love your pet day…so we’re gonna let mom talk today.

Hi all, I just want to say that we consider it a privilege to have our precious girls. Sometimes, as we all can attest to, they can be pains in the anal glands. But we wouldn’t trade one second of the time we’ve been allowed to have with them. They are our kids…sure I go overboard sometimes with the clothes and the toys and the treats…but think about it …they are happy with a full belly, a warm bed and a scratch on the head. There love is so unconditional. Think about how you are greeted when you walk in the door, whether you’ve been gone 5 minutes or 5 hours. They are ecstatic to see you. We can all learn something about how to treat others and basically live our lives from our pets. I can’t remember a heartbreak so great as when I lost my Chi-baby last month. I think of and miss her every single day. They bring so much to our lives that when we lose one -- we have (at least for me and my husband) have lost a piece of our family. We may not have the cutest or the smartest dogs … but we love them. Our gurlz--Sable and Mali--give us joy and love that is unmatched and once again I want to say it’s a privilege to have them.

Howlo Ebbypawdy! Finally mom is barking for us today. It’s been a WILD and Crazy week. If you’ve been keeping up with our Diary --you know! How are you? Mom has been trying to keep up with blogs and birthdays and emails but she knows she’s probably missed some. Did you hear…Monty is back! We’ve missed the Big Dane! He was sick and we didn’t know it…but he’s getting better now. Don’t forget Monday starts Fashion Week. Mom is working on a special blog with Ms. Astrid to give you some tips. Hopefully we’ll get it posted tomorrow so you can start preparing. Remember you can enter as many pictures as you long and it doesn’t matter if you’re dressed up in clothes or not. Does you have a Valentine? Mom is letting us have furend Valentine’s…Mali has Herbie and I’ve got A LOT! She’s gonna try and make a picture with me and all my Valentine’s. How’s it going?     I just wanted to stop by and see what you were up to! We weren’t able to get Mali today. The weather just isn’t cooperating! Even though it didn‘t get as bad as they thought it would. We got sleet and some snow on top of that...I don't like it.  When I go outside the ground sounds like my feet are eating doggie treats...CRUNCH CRUNCH CRUNCH  and it's soooo cold.   Daddy is going to Arkansas tomorrow and will bring her home on Friday.  Mom will have to reschedule her Dogter appt but I'm sure Mali won't mind that. Today is Daisy Day…Isn't seeing all the Daisies on everypawdy’s pages sooooooo pretty. They just brighten up everything!

Sorry we haven’t barked in a couple of days…mom’s been trying. Plus we have been starting and trying to keep up with our new “Sable’s Secret” game. I thought I was in big trouble when I got caught almost spilling the beans…(I don’t know what beans has to do with it and I know I didn’t spill any but that’s what mom said)…but mom just decided to make it into a game. And it was so much fun! Everybody did a great job with their guesses and now the secret is out! Mom posted a blog about the whole thing. That little Corky won! I don’t know what they feed them doggies in Australia but whatever it is makes doggies have good game sniffers. And did you hear…there’s a party on MDS…it’s for Codie Joe .  He has found a new forever family. Mom says it’s about time we had a little fun around here. There’s been too much sadness. It will be tomorrow on Codie Joe’s page from 7:30 until we run out of pooches …  Everybody is invited..Even if you can't stay please stop by and say hi

furends! I told mom that we had to send out barks today! I’ve been missing all of my furends. Everyone has been so kind to all of us. Thank you all so very much for all the nice barks and sweet emails and prayers and well just for being you. Mom has said there’s no people like dog people and MDS has proved that yet again! It’s been weird around here but we’re getting there. I’ve never been an only doggie before and it is kinda lonely but mommy and daddy have been giving me extra hugs and kisses. I overheard them talking and I might not be an only doggie for very long but that’s all I know right now. Mom says they don’t want to rush anything. What have you been up to?

We have very heavy hearts! between here and home we have had 5 furends cross Rainbow Bridge since the first of the year. Today we are very saddend by the passing of our pal Chi-Chi of SableandChi. Here is a link to her moms blog. This crossing was extreamly fast and we are all in shock.

Hi Pals! Mom is FINALLY sending barks for us again. Well trying to anyway! We'll see how many she can send without deleting anybody! She's been cleaning and she decided to take a break. She's been sick with a sinusfection and she went to the Dogter to get a shot...she WANTED one but she didn't get in the arm where she wanted it...so you know what that means! Guess that'll teach her..BOL
