Bailey is a Yorkie/Dachshund mix. I got her from a woman that could no longer care for her. She was not trained, chewed items in the house, pottied everywhere. She was 8 months old when I got her. So cute, so tiny, she was 7 lbs of cuteness. It took me 2 years to get her fully potty trained. Old habits are so hard to break and they must not have trained her in anything. I must say, she never chewed a thing in my house. I still have her original collar and leash and they are chewed up. 

I had a German shepherd/ Pit mix and was told the two would never get again. They loved each other.

Bailey now has a Shih Tzu sister and a Pit Bull/Boxer brother. Bailey loves to get to know other dogs. She likes to go up to a big dog and bark at them.

Little Bit is the first pure bred dog I have ever had. I've always had mutts. She came to us from a person that could not take care of her. She was matted and covered in fleas. She got a groom and I took her home as a foster but the owner never called back for her. She adopted my husband who has always liked hounds.

I adopted Rudy afterI lost another dog. I was so lost without my Emmy, I had to try to fill the void, so I saved a life. Rudy was 6 months old, had Demadex(mange) and came down with pneumonia. He was a very sick dog. If he had stayed at the shelter, they would have had him PTS. He is very gentle with my girls since he outweighs them by 40 lbs.

Emmy was 3 months old when I got her I picked her out and had to wait 12 days instead of the usual 7 because she came in with a collar. It was the longest 12 days in my life. I hadn't had a dog in years, since my Candi died. She was a cute little puppy. Two weeks later we got Bailey and the two were very close sisters. Emmy ran away from me when I had let her off the leash. She got hit by a truck at the age of three. I was heartbroken. I got Rudy in my sorrow. I still miss her. Bailey sat at the end of the driveway for months waiting for her to return. I miss my Angel.
