Trixie was a street dog in New Mexico. She had gotten herself "in trouble". The AZ Mini Schnauzer Rescue rescued her. Not long after that, she had her litter. I rescued one of her pups, Hatrick. The next year, we had lost one of our other Schnauzers and wanted another one. She was available because she has a very bad behavior problem. They were going to put her to sleep but I could have that so we got her and she is better but she pretty much does her own thing. She doesn't like to be bothered, so she just does what she pleases, within reason, of course.

Hatter is one of Trixie's pups. I got him for my son's birthday. He is a stocky little guy that has alot of power behind him. He just lost his best buddy, Molly a couple months ago. But he has his other buddy to comfort him. He is scare of strange noises and farts, even his own!! He is a Mommy(me that is) boy.

Believe it or not, Schmoo's sister was named Trixie...she belonged to my great-great aunt. Sadly, she passed away a few months ago :(
