Sorry we haven't been barking, there is a lot going on here. Between Anastasia's bone spur, AJ going blind, Momma working liang hours, and trying to find homes for B&B, it is hectic. We feel so very fortunate to have so many wonderful friends that have said prayers and donated so Anastasia could get all the test and help she needs. Thank you all our wonderful furineds!!

Hello Friends,

Sorry we have not barked much. Momma has been concentrating on Me, Anastasia and the rest of our pack. Yesterday was best friends day and we wanted to express how much all of you mean to us. The people and dogs here on MDS make us feel like we are a better pack. When something bad happens, we can rely on out MDS friends to be there for us.

Whether it is advice, prayers, an ear to listen, or financial help, all of you have truly helped us out. When the boys got in a fight, you told us stories of your own fights and we didn’t feel like we were failures as a pack. When our birthdays came around, all of you gave birthday wishes. And now, during one of our hardest times, you have come thru again. My Butt dragging issues has really affected all of us and we needed others to help us through. All of your prayers, advice, and love have been what helps us through the day. And the donations, I don’t know how we could ever give enough thanks to you. I do not want to leave anyone out so I am not listing names but you all know who you are. Bless you all. And please continue letting everyone know about the fundraisers for Anastasia and also for our dear furend Liberty (bkpierce).

Hello Friends!! We are sorry it has been a while since we barked!! If you have seen our status, you know good and bad things have been happening at the NADAD house. First off Diamond had a good birthday, she got a new plush pull toy and a pig hoof. She wanted to thank everyone who wished her a Happy Birthday!!

Second, Dimintri is now heart worm free!! Back in April of 2007, Dimintri’s heart worm test came back positive. He was started on a treatment that involved double dosage of heartworm prevention medicine once a month and baby aspirin 2 times a week. Dimintri never really showed a sign of heart worms, which was good for us. He is now free of heart worms!!

The other thing that has been going on around here is Anastasia has been having trouble walking. Anastasia suffers from arthritics in her back end joints and spine. She eats Purina JM for that and it does help. But in the last 2 weeks her legs have been bothering her more than usual. She is not complaining of pain, they are just week. Well last Wednesday she stopped being able to use her back legs. She drags her butt a lot. She can stand some on rugs and in the back yard but not for long. It is not a good situation. But Anastasia is very stubborn and independent; she tries to drag her butt everywhere.

We want to thank all of those that have been praying for Anastasia and all of her well wishes. Momma is trying to come up with extra money for x-rays and possible blood test, please pray that she does!!

We do want to say one more thing: Liberty (bkpeirce) is very sick. He Mom does not have the money to take her to the vet and she is trying to raise money. The vet told her she needed half the money to get the test done. That is $303.00. She has started a donation clickerdonation clicker. Please help out if you can!!

Hello Friends!! Sorry it has been so long between barks. Momma has not had a day off in over a week and this weekend we will be busy with family and Momma working. The boys are doing good. But I, Anastasia, still have problems with my back legs.The other day when I was walking down steps to greet Grandma, Hydie and Diamond ran pass me and I started to fall through the porch. Luckily Grandma was able to stop me from falling. I guess I am not as young as I use to be.

Brendle and Bambi (rescued puppies) are getting more comfortable with people and bolder. Momma will post a blog soon describing them in hopes to help find them furever homes.

We have another birthday coming up on Tuesday, Diamond’s 1^st Birthday!!! We hope to celebrate with all of you then. And just remember some time next week Momma will post all of MDS prom pictures. So if you haven’t sent a picture yet, see our blogs!!!

To All Our Mothers and Have A GREAT Weekend!!

Hello Friends!! We have been real busy teaching Brendle and Bambi how to be social around humans. See they are very scared because they do not know what it is like to be in a safe loving home. They are starting to adjust. Last night they stayed in the house because of the rain. They stayed in Samantha’s room and had no accidents. They let Momma and Samantha pet them and hold them. Momma has left a message with the humane society to see if they will help us with finding them homes and some vet bills. See their blog.

We want to say how sad we were to hear LillyAnn went to the rainbow bridge. She will be deeply missed by many people and dogs.

We have to go now. We are going to make a special background for Mother’s day. We do have two Moms, Momma and Anastasia. We almost forgot, look at Nickey, Diamond, Auntie Hydie and me, Anastasia, in our new Astrid ecentric neck wear.
