I agree with your background. Like banning Fords cause they are involved in the most accidents...duhhhh! Ban one breed and irresponsible people will move to another breed to exploit. We need to get rid of the people who exploit dogs, either for fighting, puppy mills or those who hoard dogs, providing them with the bare necessities....all reduce the quality of life of these precious animals.
