Hi Choco, what’s shakin? Sorry it’s taken us so long to respond. Mommy and Daddy went away on their annibarksery. And you know what? THEY DID NOT BRING US BACK ANYTHING!! Our friend Lissa told on Sable about stealing some chicken off the table so mommy said we didn’t deserve anything. It wasn’t me (Chi)..it was that greedy Sable. I was leaving it. Lissa took pictures of us playing with Logan, her two year old two-legger. He was fun! He kept dropping food for us…we had pop tarts and spaghetti…wow what a great combination. You should try it sometime. She also took a couple of videos but Mom is having trouble saving them to her puter so she can put them up. In one he’s “tickling” Sable. He went after me, but I thought that boy done lost his mind. We won 8 Gold Medals in the 2008 Summer Olembics! (that's going on Olie's and Ember's page). They are on my BFF list. Everybody can enter and compete..you should stop by and check out the blog. I guess you’ve heard we are going to postponed our pawty that was scheduled for Friday? We decided that we wanted to do a memorial for Laura, Carla’s daughter, on Friday instead. One from her MDS furends. We just want everyone that feels led to do it, to go and leave comments, pictures, flowers, candles, butterflies, poems..whatever. I know she feels all the love from everyone at MDS. There has been so much sadness on MDS lately. Please go check out our blog on cancelling the pawty there is an update about two more families that have experienced losses this week. We just want everyone to know that we appreciate each and everyone of you. Everyone hascontributed to us in your own way…taught us (and mom) things, listened to mom, sent comforting and caring messages about great grampy. MDS has a Pawsome community who really care about each other, some they’ve never even met before, which is our case. We haven’t ever met anyone on here personally, but we consider you all very good friends (and so does our mommy). Thank you !

Hi Choco! We just wanted to check in and see how you are? Mommy started sending out our barks yesterday but had to go see great grampy and didn’t get finished..so she’s going to try to finish up now. She’s in a better mood today but yesterday oh boy! We managed to save all our Bobos before she tossed them in the trash..She says I don’t play with them why should I have to pick them up? Well we don’t pick them up BECAUSE we play with them. Sometimes she just doesn’t get it. This is a Bobo

Mom and Dad are going to try and go away for the weekend for their anniversary and we get to stay with our friend Lissa. We’re not too upset, it’s only a couple of days and they really need it right now. And besides she always brings us back something good

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to everyone for all the kind words, thoughts and prayers for our family during this difficult time with my grandfather. Even though we have never met, I feel truly blessed to have found such a special group of caring and concerned friends. Hi Choco, We just wanted to stop by and say hello. It’s been a few days. We have had a lot of company this last week and we’re EXHAUSTED! It was just suppose to be MeMaw and PePaw (daddy’s parents) but with great grampy (mommy’s grampa) being sick a lot of family came in to visit him and some had to stay with us too. Plus mommy’s grampa isn’t going to get any better. He is in bed all the time and the cancer is winning. But she knew it would. She’s just very sad because he is in so much pain. She just doesn’t want him to hurt anymore. But just for today she wanted to think happy thoughts and let us send barks to our furends on MDS. It’s still very hot here. How are things going for you? We’ve just felt like we’ve missed so much. We miss everybody when we’re gone. Mommy bought us new harnesses. Of course mine is pink and Sable’s is purple. We’ve never worn them before and they are taking some getting us to. But mommy says they are much safer for us. She’s also updated our profile and put some new stuff on our different pages. And she has put up our crazy calendar of the week…so stop by and see what’s going on. She also posted in a blog. The calendar boy for the week is Blaze. We Luv you & Hope you are having a good week.

Hey Choco…we’re back!!! Mommy is finally done with VBS and we’re so glad. We didn't get anymore snacks...mom said there wasn't anything else we could have...haarruummmpphhh...she doesn't know us as well as she thinks she does. We know that was she did was important and special but she was gone a lot and Daddy was working and we missed them. Now they’re both home! We missed all of our furends sooooo much. We hope we didn’t miss anyone’s Yappy Barkday and we tried to check the blogs everyday. I (Chi) am going with mommy and daddy to visit our new baby boy cousin Ethan Wednesday. Sable is going to stay with one of her berry bestest human friends. She doesn’t travel so well and it’s only going to be an overnight trip so mommy didn’t want to stress her out. She will be so spoiled when we get home…’Lissa always spoils her! Sable’s not really happy right now…she got a SHORT haircut and a bath today so she’s hiding under the bed. But I will get to see baby Ethan first and I will report back about this non-furry two-legged little creature when I get back. We hope you have a BARK-A-RIFFIC week. HEY CHOCO! HOPE ALL IS WELL IN CALI! THE TEMP IS HIGH HERE IS TEXAS, JUST KEEPING COOL!

Hi...mom is sorry it's taking so long to bark but she says she's having a blast at VBS this week.But she knows you and all of our pals understand. She just says she's too old to do all that jumpin and runnin and hula-ing and limbo-ing... but she really loves it...we can tell. And guess what she brings us some snacks back from VBS....just the ones that are ok for us. We've had watermelon and honeydew melon...YUMMMMMMYYY IN OUR TUMMIES. She also gave us some fruit roll ups...the sour kind and then laughed at us. We DID NOT think that was funny! But you know us..we ate them anyway. We didn't know MDS was having problems but we did see that it looks like everybody is having so much going on. Sophie licked a toad...Parker was visited by a skunk Oh and mom took me (Chi) outside yesterday after it had rained and I was just walking along and all of a sudden a bunch of butterflies flew up around me. I guess they were drinking in the water puddle...They were so beautiful and I just chased and chased and chased them. I think they were playing with me too because they would just keep coming back and I would chase them some more...but I didn't eat one (mainly cuz mom had me on a leash and wouldn't let me), mom says they are for playing with not eating cuz they are way too pretty to be eating.

Happy Indepawdence Day.  We is sneeky on da puter cuz mommy is buzy fur a few minets.  Oh no I (Sable) donut fink Iz weady fur today! Dem poppers scarez me weelly bad turribl...I donut eben likez fur to go to da out to go potty. Mommy or Daddy habs to draggded me to da out. So I fink I will jus be staying behind de couch or under de bed until all dem poppers stop. But here dem poppers jus keep a goin anna goin a week before and about a week afer. Dey last FUREVER! OOOOHHHHH MMMEEEEE what am I going to do? Mebbe I iz gonna move to where da poppers donut be allowed. Happy Furthth Ebbybody, I (Chi) donut care less bout dem ol' poppers. I bark alot ifn dey are weelly loud. But udder dan dat I will jus play wif my bo-bos and take da naps in dad's chair. Sable iz jus a big babay. But Iz has notice dat she gets lotsa more tenshion when she acteds dat way. HHHMMM...mebbe I shouldaoughta acteds dat way.....more lubbies and tenshion...yep mebbe Sable's got sumfin dere.
