We added Sophia to our family when she was 3 months old, about two weeks after Marbles had died. She a Blue Roan, Black & White Parti Cocker Spaniel.

 We really didn't have any plans on getting a new baby, we were just going to look. But when I saw her at the last store we went to I just feel in love with her. She was in a cage with 2 other puppies and all 3 were fairly calm until we walked up to it and then she let the other 2 have it, almost like she said to the other 2, Look at these 2 saps, i'm going to show them how playful & cute I am and they'll fall in love with me and take me home. I can't imagine what life would be like without her. She is my angel.

My tribute to my baby Precious

We added Roscoe to our family in Sept 2006 when he was 9 months old. I was so heart broken after Precious had past away that I wanted to get another baby to help keep my mind off of her passing. I found Roscoe at the Naperville, IL. Humane Society. We took Sophia and went to look at him, He was so skinny that I could wrap both hands around his middle. Sophia wasn't real happy about  meeting him but he was just in love with her (i'm sure her being in heat had alot to do with that). We took him home that day. Roscoe has been such a pleasure.  He loves to run in the yard, play with Sophia and EAT. Although I had guilty feelings about getting so soon after Precious had past he did help me overcome my sadness & I can't imgaine him not in our lives.

He's my little protector

Precious Marie went to Rainbow Bridge on September 16, 2006. She was a great friend, always there with a wag in her tail and love in her heart. I got Precious when she was 11 weeks old and at 14 weeks some one had tried to break into my apartment and she let me know that something was not right, I knew then she was going to be a great dog and that she was, even though she chewed 2 couches, a loveseat and a chair before her chewing stage was over, she was the greatest friend I would ever have.

There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of her or look at her picture.

She is my "Precious Love"

Marbles went to Rainbow Bridge on February 12, 2004. I had gotten her from a family that was either going to put her down for bitting there 2 yr old or to a good home, thank god I found her ad. I had her with me for 8 years. The day that she past I will never forget. I came home from work and she didn't greet me like she has everyday for the past 8 yrs. I noticed that she was having a hard time breathing and knew that she would not be with me much longer (this was at 7pm) i sat with her for the next 2 hours in my arms ( I truely believe that she waiting to go until I was home) she past alittle after 9pm in my arms. I sat there holding her until it was time to take her to the vet which was another hour and half. I just couldn't let her go. Like Precious there is not a day that goes by that I do not think of her or look at her picture.

 I don't ever want to forget these 2 wonderful loving friends.
