OH oh Vet appt.

Hey Blondie..what is your opinion of the "bloat" issue,and Feeding Stands. Seems my last trip to the vet, when I asked, I got an answer that was a run around.

I read up on so many things on it. Now that I have two sheps.  I had them eating from stands. Then I read stands can be a cause of it. I know all that other stuff. I once worked for a vet as a receptionist a while ago. And I saw first hand "bloat" issues.  So after reading some articles, no more stands. But now that I have no more stands up for them, I see they have a harder time eating. Since they are both tall. Do you use stands for your two?

Hey Bravo....ask your mom when she's not busy, if she ever heard of the "monks of New Skete"?? Or read their books?  See my Mom used to live upstate New York, and these guys wrote great books. Then all of a sudden they have a 1/2 hour show on TV now too. Anyways...they deal with us guys....shepherds..but now they also train other dogs too. My mom watches the show, because in the beginning of it,,they show tons of german shepherd pups.

Oh so I read you do the "sad eyes" too? Yeah I think us Shepherd's have that down pretty good.  Oh Sprinklers, well see, my mom doesn't water our grass either, too much of it. She just got the sprinklers for us two! I am still waiting for her to take that darn thing out of the garage and up! Oh about Sasha, her Dad and my Dad (not the human kind lol) are brothers, and they were born in the good ole usa. But my mom was from Germany, and Sasha's  grandmother was from Germany. Our four-legged moms were not related. Now we share the same mom and same dad lol! My Dad is a service dog, and so is Sasha's. My four legged Mom, has a job, she visits nursing homes.

Hey guys good to see you. Have you come to play or just to look handsome and pretty? Us girls wanna play! Woof! Sasha and her siblings.

WOOF Woof...yup yup your mom did put the bark in the right place! We just read it. And also read your blog too now. YIKES we also have our own swimming pool too!  You asked if we were jealous of other dogs, well I think Sasha is . We had a guest for a whole week, she was so much smaller than us. But my Dad put his foot down right away, everyone had to get along. And I did, my sister, she is the one with the problem. Seems they always wanted the same toy to play with. Worst part is that the two of them played tug with one of my toys, and they destroyed it. My mom replaced it on her next visit to the Pet Store. Do you guys also like water sprinklers? We love that, but last year I broke my nail on one, I kept pawing it, even though my mom said not to. So I had to go to the vet, and I had to wear a sock over that paw, I looked silly with a knee sock on. So then she bought a standing one, plastic, and it was taller than us..but I solved that problem..I grabbed it out of the ground and ran with it. I heard my mom say this isn't going to work either. So far she is sticking with the pool. I am hoping she goes into the garage and gets one of those sprinkler things out once again. It sure is hot here too. So she keeps us in the air conditioned house.

My mom just read your bio, and she told me that you clear the yard of squirrels too! Yup, that is my favorite job too. And I also like any form of ball to chase and catch, and my mom complains that I can do that all day non stop. My sister Sasha, ah I see you have a sister too, also likes to help me with the squirrels. Yup I know what you mean about protective, I am too, and so is Sasha. We have to be that way! But we are cuddle bugs, and strangers dont' know that!

but anyhoo... I have my famous mom blondi and my dad and then there is my wonderful sister (my older sister) Margaux) and then I have 8 cats too....

UMMMMMMM...... I think that they are my siblings too and then I have 3 feathered friends also...... Im really careful with them as they will crank on my nose if I stick it too close to their cages...... YIKES!!!!! they are really big birds!!! but I still like to sneek and look sometimes. But anyways, as you can see I love my pool and I love my ballies and all of my toys!!! My mama is the most important thing to me. But yet I love my dad and siblings also....

I am very protective of my home and people and things that I love but when I know ya and love ya I will do the same for you!!!!
