At Auntie Ting's House

Dear Diary,
Oh yea... they don't call me "The Great Dogdini" for nothing!  This morning, Gu Gu set up my fence and as she was doing it I was thinking about how I could get to the other side.  She said she could tell because of the look on my face.  I was making my plans!  Well, she tried to raise it higher and I thought that was a fabulous idea because I was thinking I could sneak under.  So, I decided to give it a try (while she was standing next to me).  I got as far as half of my face, but I didn't want to freak her out so I didn't keep going.  But, I think she got freaked out so she lowered the fence and this time she did like Daddy told her and tilted it slightly outward away from the kitchen.  She got ready and left me "all alone... hehehehehe".  What I didn't know was she was doing a little experiment.  When she's in the garage she can tell if I'm jumping up and down because my cute little paws make thumping sounds.  So, she stood there for awhile listening to me thump.  Guess what? I proved her right.  I can jump over the fence.  Maybe I was destined to be a horse!  Oh man, she came back in to check on me and I had already succeeded.  But, of course with my good manners I greeted her happily at the door.  She wasn't as happy as I was though. Back into the kitchen I went.  Oh man!  I need to wait for her to leave before I start thumping again.  Yea, Gu Gu was not pleased with me.  She told me that what I was doing was not a good choice.  She titled the fence the other direction, slightly toward the kitchen.  I have a feeling I won't be able to jump over it because it's towards me so I don't have my launching pad like usual.  Anyhow, I felt bad that she had to say "no" to me.  This time I tried to control myself and not jump up and down... at least until she was in her car.
We'll see how I do the rest of my day.  She did leave me some water and doggie pads by the front door, though, just in case I decided to try my acrobatic moves again.
Gu Gu's house is super fun!

At Auntie Ting's House

Dear Diary,

Once again, I hold my name as "The Great Dogdini" with great honor and pride.  I've been known to jump great heights but I think I broke my record today!  Woohoo!  So Gu Gu came home and I was such a good doggie, I went to greet her at the door AGAIN!  She was so surprised and immediately thought something was wrong with the baby barrier (ha, I'm no baby).  Nope, everything was intact.  The baby fence was there.  I jumped it.  Boy was that fun!  Gu Gu wasn't as thrilled.

I'm so glad she's home now.  I won't be as bored.

Love your pal,
Angel "the great dogdini"
