Diet Success
So last year at my annual check up the Dr. yelled at Mommy because I was a little Chubby. So I have been on a diet, limited in between meal snacking and an excercise program (not really but it sounds good). I am proud to say that I lost
1.8 pounds. Now, I know that doesn’t sound like a lot but I am a little dog. Dr. D. told daddy that I am “perfect” now, well my weight is perfect!!!
How we met..
Mommy & Daddy- I will never forget the first time we met. Mommy convinced Daddy to go to “Fancy Pups” and just look around. Mommy wanted a Yorkie, Daddy wanted a cat. The Yorkies were cute but Jackie at Fancy Pups said look at this Silkie. I was so cute in the crate. Then Jackie got me out and handed me to Mommy. I immediately crawled on her head. That’s when you both feel in love with me. You left that day without me. All day, Mommy talked and talked about me. Finally Daddy said, “sleep on it and if you still want her in the morning we will go get her”. That night Mommy researched names giving Daddy 5 to choose from. He picked Chloe. It wasn’t special enough so Mommy changed it to Zoe. At 10:45 that next morning, Mommy & Daddy were in the parking lot waiting for Jackie to open the store. The rest is as they say history. We became “The Dunfee Family” that day.
Zoe -2 Squirrels-0
Yesterday while strolling with my Daddy, I was sniffing around like I usually do when I spotted a squirrel. Now Daddy wasn’t aware of what I had spotted. Using my canine prowess I snuck up on the lil critter. I am not sure who was more surprised, the squirrel in my mouth or Daddy. Daddy encouraged me to drop the squirrel which I did after “playing” with him for a little while. This is my second squirrel catch and both Mommy & Daddy hope it’s the last.
