EZ Barnes is a pure bread Siberian Husky.  Because I am so vain his name is actually my first name abbreviated and middle name.  He came to live with me when he was just about three months old and has been a gift ever since.

Currently he lives indoors permantely, however he, like most dogs, loves being outside.  He is definitely coming into his true husky nature because he loves to dig, explore, run, and he can get out of almost anything.  This could be dangerous for a puppy, however he listens to every command I, and only I, give.  He is extremely smart and friendly, but large groups of people make him very nervous.  It usually takes him five to ten minutes to get used to new people.  As far as socializing with other dogs goes, his best friend is a white Great Dane named Blitz.  He loves meeting new dogs, and he gets extremely excited.  He has never shown signs of aggression towards other dogs until recently when he actually snapped at a Lab without warning.  This worries me slightly, however I think he was just in one of his moods.

He loves to nest on one spot on the couch and if anyone sits in that spot he will be sure to nag or push you out of the way.

Vocally he is a true Siberian; yoddeling a lot.  I have never heard him, though.  He seems to only do it for my roommates. 

He is by far one of the smartest dogs I have ever been around.  At two months old it took him only a week to be potty trained, and now he just taps the door knob when he needs to go.  If no one is home he just avoids his water and food so he won't need to go.  When the time comes I hope to breed him, because all of my friends and family want a pup as good as he.  At some point I will keep a puppy of his as to keep his family within my family.
