Morning Tia,

Was reading over your bio and you sound alot like I did a couple years ago.  My mom and dad however have working on a making me over. They love the puppy stage, but enough is enough in their eyes. I now have to learn how to be a better behaved member of the household.  What has worked the best and works great for me as well is a nice long disciplined walk. I wear a gentle leader (mind you it's hot pink) and I have to heel by mom's side, I can only sniff on command... it really puts my mind into a good mode and when I come back it's like I have this drastic personaly change. Mom and dad think it's amazing what  good walk will do.  Just runing and playing in the yard draining energy is not the same.. actually they are learing to become pack leaders.. a must in the dog/human world I hear.  Do you get the show. "The Dog Whisper" in your country. It's on the National Geographic Channel here in the United States.  Cesar Millan is great and has given mom and dad many good ideas on traing me, and energetic lab.  I also wear a back pack and that has been a wonderful trianing tool. Now I only were it when I walk in parades.  The picture mom posted is me with my older back pack. I now have a slim line version that I like a lot.  Well, speaking of walking, I better sign off here and get a few zzz's before mom decided its time to walk. It's a little warm here so we try to get out before it gets too hot and the road would burn my 4 little tootsies.
