I was born the morning of 9/11 but I did not know anything about that day nor did I know that I was going to be picked by a mom and dad that dad's birthday was that day too, so it turned out to have more of a meaning to us I guess... from what mom says it gave us something special on a day when something so tragic happened.

Well, mom and dad really love me and my troop because we are all special needs. My troop will tell you about themselves but I have seizures, yeah I know that is kind of scary but if you have someone who loves you it is not too bad because they will help you through it like my mom and dad do.

I have some bad habits and I know I am the king of the roost. I love to bark at anything and all the toys in the house are mine no matter what (even though mom and dad tell me to share)

I have a cat buddy named Cooter, and sometimes I get confused about him because we were both brought in the house around the same time and neither of us knew we were supposed to be enemies (the dog/cat thing) so all we knew was we were supposed to play and have fun. Well every now and then I like to have too much fun with him and I think he is my ummmmmmm mate, mom thinks I am not only gender confused but also species confused as well.  Gee what am I to know I am a dog... lol

I was rescued by my mom and dad after being dropped off at a shelter. I was abused by my former owners and this is how I wound up blind.

I really am a little lady, but I can play like a rough and tough boy too... just do not tell anyone. Most people do not know I am blind because I really do not look like I am as I still have pretty eyes and I know how to used them too.... (I bat my eyelashes real good and get what I want)

Mom says I am the Princess around here, but I know I am the Queen..... lol I keep all these boys in line and they know it.

Hi, I am Scooby #3 of the Goof Troop. Well I am the loving handsome guy of the group.. shhh do not tell the others cause they will pick on me, and they do that a lot.

I was rescued by my mom and dad after being hit by a car and left in the woods. I lived out there for a long time just trying to survive eating anything I could, and there was not a lot out there really but I survived. I had a dislocated hip that was real bad and I learned to run around on three legs.

Some people found me finally and they took me to their house and they called my mom and dad because they were the rescue people and they came and got me. I got my hip fixed but I was real skinny so they had to work with me for a long time and now I am a happy healthy Eskie.

Hi, my name is Trooper and I am #4 of The Goof Troop. I am a very lucky guy because not only do I live in a house full of Eskies and I have a mom and dad who love me, but if it were not for some very special people in my life I would not be here and I will be telling you about them and thanking them here.. cause I bet some of you know them...hehehe

Well I was in a shelter in CA. for a long time - lets just say around 40 days and time had run out for me so with people not getting things done and no one getting me out, my mom and dad made a call and some real special people made that happen. I have an Auntie Kate who lives in CA. and she has my buddy Stolli, Gesso and GiGi.. and of course my favorite buddy Neil.... well they of course came to my rescue, bailed me out of the doggie jail (really I was framed) took me to get me groomed.. and wow.. I did not even know I was that good looking, they took me into their home and I snuck into their heart (well they got into mine too)

My mom and dad made arrangements to get me to Washington State and oh boy this was exciting for everyone.... of course all I know is I have this huge family now with Eskies in WA. and CA. oh and can not forget my buds the Wolfpack in CT.. and all I know is when I was getting bailed I thought that the people getting me out were just cool and I was going to be the only one.. but hey I like this arrangement.... WOW life is good... and what is so cool about it all is you see..... no one really wanted me because I too am different, I do not look like a normal dog I guess you can say, but mom says I am special and they love me just the way I am.... Some people do not even notice, but I guess it made a difference to who ever owned me before and to some of the people who said they were going to rescue me...... but like I say.... It's Ok to be different... cause what is normal really?
