Dog Blog: Summer is ending :(

Well, summer's almost over here in our household, everyone's work hours go back to how they were all winter and the two girls go back to college & HS. Daisy & Tuco are adjusting nicely, although Tuco recently took to jumping on my bed after mom leaves for work in the morning. I'm worried that he'll be lonely once that stops next week because I'll be gone every morning. Most long days Daisy has to stay in her cage while we're working and in school because she's a tad on the destructive side but she never minds it.. but she's been out of it all summer and only slept in it with the door open so I'm so afraid she's going to think something's wrong. As I mentioned before they both gained a little weight and the family did too, so the walks we've been taking have worked. Daisy is getting her girly figure back and Tuco is losing his.. Haha and he has real muscle like he did last summer before he got lazy.  Happy to report they've been great all summer, and I'm sure they'll be excited for their Sunday morning rides to Dunkin Donuts with dad when school starts
