I was taken in by my Mami when she felt I was being neglected. I don't think I was neglected, but I was ignored. New baby in the house, busy teenager, that sort of thing.

I moved in and loved it right away.  Mami, however, wasn't too sure about it since I managed to chew up her eyeglasses, table legs, and assorted other items around the house.

But I just gave her my big puppy dog eyes (the source of my power) and her heart just melted.  She still tells me she's not sure if she'll keep me, but it's looking good.

We recently decided to take in a stray. Her name is Bitsy.  I want to play and play and play with her, but when she came to us, she was a bit sick.  She's getting better now and I love to tease her.

So, now it's me and Bitsy against the world!

I wandered into someone's backyard one day, not knowing it would change my life.  I wasn't feeling or looking too good, so the people who found me took me to the vet. I had a blast staying with them, but since they already had two dogs, and were on the verge of getting a bigger dog, they could not keep me. Luckily, the nice lady knew my Mami.

Mami took one look at me and said, "She's the one."  I went to her house and met Sam I Am.  I didn't really like him at first, but Mami says it was because of my double ear infection and mange.  I wasn't feeling too good then, but I feel so much better now. I even play with Sam I Am and I let him pretend to be my defender from cats.  Truth be told, I'm pretty feisty when it comes to chasing them from the yard.

I love my new home and I love my Mami and I will even tolerate Sam I Am.
