OK...so I was minding my own business at the Puppy Place when Pete & Nancy came in. Unlike the rest of the pups I was playing dead..you know asleep, hoping they would leave me alone. But NOOooooo, Nancy's husband Pete yells Its a Wheaten ( you think he found a 5 carat diamond on the floor) and with a Grinch grin I was yanked out and put in the " Check out the puppy pen" why dont they call it "Check out the human Play-pen". Really if you all think about it should'nt we (the puppies) have a say as to who we like and possibly go home with. Anyway....I was doing my best to bother the both of them...you-know chewing, biting, nipping everything but draw blood...to No avail. Suddenly out of the corner of my eye I heard peter say to nancy its now or never...I was sunk. Peter jumped over the doggy fence and drew his wallet like pulling out a six-shooter at a duel. That American Express card was in the system which meant I was out the door..TBC
