Katie came to us from a family friend. She was the snaggled-toothed runt of a litter of 8 mixed breed pups. She resembles a mix of chiuaua/poodle aka Choodle. It was love at first site.

Katie is now 9 years old. She is a wonderful companion and despite having Canine epilepsy, she still has the energy of a young pup. Her greatest joy is playing fetch. Any toy or stick you throw, Katie will eagerly bring back to you in hopes you will throw it again. She can do this for hours and usually her people tire of the game long before she does. Her other favorite hobbies include compulsive licking of any one or any thing with her disproportionately long tongue, going for walks or standing at the fence and barking at any and all who pass by.

Katie is a mommy's girl and is happiest when glued to her mommy's (Melissa's) side but daddy (Charles) will do almost as well.
