Hello! I'm Muffy

Well, I'm Muffy and I'm glad to be here.  And welcome to my blog (whatever a blog is...mom says she'll take care of it for me).

I was a shelter dog until my mommy and daddy adopted me when I was 9 months old.  I love living here...I have a back yard that I love to run around in, and of course I get lots of doggie cookies because mommy & daddy love me, and I love to please them by doing tricks for them.  They think I'm so smart, and well, I am!  I am a border collie!!!

I turned three years old in June so I'm still just a baby - at least that's what mommy says.  Mom & Dad also have a cat that they've had just a bit longer than they have had me.  His name is Kaht and he & I don't really get along, so mom & dad keep us separated.  It's not that I don't like Kaht...I'm a curious kind of gal, but Kaht is 16 years old and sort of stuck in his ways.  Guess we both just want to be "only kids" but mom & dad aren't having any of that!
