Mugsy Crossed the Bridge

Mugsy crossed over the rainbow bridge on August 27, 2008

He was a part of our lives for a long time and was very special to us.

Our lives will not be the same with him gone but there are many happy memories of a lovable, smart little guy who gave us lots of fun, happiness and love.

Mugsy was 16 years old and was blind and deaf the last year of his life. He slowed down a lot this last year and very peacefully passed away in the night. It was a blessing that he went without pain and in his sleep. He's now across the bridge where Bootsy greeted him and they are running, jumping barking and playng in the field where he can see all the flowers and birds that he loved to chase. And where he can hear Bootsy barking at him "Come on Mugs, lets Play!"

Mugsy's Crown and Prince fit him very well, he was our little prince!

Oh my furends I am so sorry I just read your blog. I had no idea that Mugsy had passed. It has been so crazy for mom lately. Her granddad passed on August 24 and was buried on August 27. We are sure great grampy met Mugsy at rainbow bridge. He loved doggies and had two of his own when he passed. They are now both in loving family members homes. So we know great grampy is taking care of Mugsy until you get there to be with him. He'll be really spoiled...that's what great grampy did the best. Spoiling all the doggies he could. Please forgive us for not barking sooner. We will watch for Mugsy's star tonight.

Hiya Lucy, Marcia and boys, Dakota here. I so sorry that Mugsy is gone. I'm sure he was a great doggy and I know you will miss him. At least he had a long life and I'm sure you made it a happy and healthy one.

Hi guys! My mommy and I are so sorry about Mugsy...He sounds like he was a very special, happy boy and I hope we can all keep him alive through your memories...I'm sure you all gave that little prince the best life any pup could ask for and he's smiling down on all of you now. You and Mugsy are in our bedtime prayers, we love you all!
