Good morning, Divas and all who read..... Winter seems relentless this year, doesn't it? It is cold and rainy here in North Carolina, so let's have another fireside chat.

The Diva Training Institute continues on it's winter break but don't think we've forgotten all of our Divas in Training. My mom and I have been feverishly working on some new ideas to keep Diva training fun and interesting. Our plans include bringing Diva lessons to you via 'pawdcasts'. YES! You heard right! Being a forward thinking institute, The Diva Academy is hoping to bring you twice weekly pawdcasts. These pawdcasts will continue, of course, with all your favorites featuring our lessons regarding being more Diva-like, the latest in doggie fashion, our Doga for mind and body, etiquette tips and our newest feature...How To Pamper Your Human. All this and more, coming soon!

Before leaving you today, I'd like to remind you to continue with your Doga practice as it will keep you fit in mind and spirit. Dig out your Doga notes, warm up with a little 'sniff the wind' breathing exercise and then onto your sides for some 'sideward facing stomach'. Don't forget to involve your humans in your Doga practice. When you are done with Doga, pamper your human by taking them for a walk. Don't forget to take into account their age, weight and current fitness level.
