Baby saved me the day I found her sick in a pet store. She was & still is the sweetest soul I've ever met. Babies Mom

   Hi ... I'm Baby Face ... affectionately known as Baby & 20 or 30 other nicknames. When Mom came into the pet store she wasn't looking for "any" pet. She was just with a friend who needed supplies. The minute I saw her I knew she needed me ... it wasn't until later I realized I needed her too.

   I went straight up to her and made eye contact and kept it. I wouldn't let her out of my sight. She tried to ignore me,( I didn't know it, but I was looking pretty sick) but ... she couldn't, I just knew it. I was so surprised when she left.

   A few hours later she came back with Dad. I didn't know who he was, but I knew I had to impress him. So I walked right up looked at Mom and smiled , then I sat on dad's foot and barked & stared. I had him at Bark. 

   They took me home. It turns out the store wasn't so good. I was sick & they weren't taking proper care of me. They even said I was a cockapoo ... NOT  The vet wasn't real hopeful, but I came around with lots of care & I loved my family better than any other dog could. I even helped Mom with her headaches. Mom misses me very much ...

  Cleo's Mother was rescued from an abusive situation. Cleo was born in the pound. They were short staffed and the puppies were not socialized. So she has a lot of issues. Actually "She is Crazy". But, if she gets over her fear, she will love you until you can hardly take it anymore. :) Cleo's Mom

   So many things scare me. I hide behind chairs all the time. Sometimes I even hide from friends I know that come to see me. The worse thing in the world is a beep or a smoke alarm. They are so scary. I don't know how you people stand up to them. I can't even take them safe in Mom's lap. Mom says we'll keep working on it.

   I know many tricks. My favorite thing to do is train after dinner. if Dad forgets I have to bounce around and poke him with my nose. If that doesn't work I poke the training treats ... jumping up and down and whining come next.

   Once I caught a running squeaky toy. Mom said to leave it and I did! Good Girl ... Huh? Well it bit me on the nose. So now I am their worse enemy. I will get them all. I even run part way up the tree to get them. I sat so still on the patio that one got with in 3 feet  ... after I caught him ... yep ... Mom made me leave it ... Sheesh

   Mostly I just run & run and stop, chase my tail & run some more. Then I love to be stroked ... not petted ...

   Later tater I need to chase those squeaky toys ...
