I'm back!
Hey everyone!
Sorry I haven't responded to barks lately. Mommy was sick and I was watching over her. She had a nasty cough thing going on. She went to the people dr and got some medicine and then she was all tired and kinda grumpy. I'd snuggle in and make it all better.
I thought about sneakin online, but I felt guilty since she was feeling so yucky. I guess that dad didn't want to feel left out cause then he started all the coughing too. Mom then had to start taking care of him too. So her and I would take a nap in the middle of the day with daddy! It was great! Well except for dad coughing all the time.
I did find something really strange though. Mommy would take daddy's temprature and she'd stick the little stick thing in daddy's mouth. When the doctor or mommy take my temprature they put the little stick thing in my... well you know WHERE they put it! How fair is that!?!?!? I think I need to put my paw down next time and insist that I get to take my temprature the people way!

Another weekend
I always hate when the weekends end. That means momma will have to go back to work and I have to wait and wait for her to come home. I think my sissy is about to start going back to that place she went a while ago. I think momma and sissy called it school. They went out some this weekend and came home with some bags of stuff. I sniffed them but nothing for me. Sissy took it to her room. Momma then took me swimming when she got home. She said that she hated leaving me alone, so she let me swim. Daddy even came to swim too. I like it when Daddy swims, he plays tug with me and my toys. I was so tired when we were done. Then I just laid around on the cold tile floor. It's too hot for much else. They've started walking me more and more now that my legs don't hurt so much. After I swim, I do get a little sore, but it gets better and better. I only limp just a tiny bit and then after I rest, I seem to be fine. I think I'm getting stonger every day. I can't wait until I can run wild in the backyard again! My people just keep telling me I have to take it slow and build my muscles back up. blah blah blah I wanna run!
Well at least sissy will be home with me tomorrow. She keeps me from getting too bored.
Oh well, at least I'm not the one going to that place momma calls "work". I get to sleep. ahhh it's a dogs life!
