Woof!

Happy Memorial ay! I know it is passed by 2 days but hey I'm a dog and was too busy partyng! Anywyas I'm so excited for May 31st and June 1st! It's a birthday party for my friedn TyeTye. And he s a King Charlse Spaniel. Gonna be 4 those days. He's having a sleepover... How his owner allows that I have no idea but I think she's crazy for it... 10 dogs?! Wow! Oh well I'm sooooooo excited! Ruff!

Dear fellow kanines,

It is very sad to say but... My dog Kathy has just passed away. She did not suufer and she had to be put down. She was too old and had 3 tumors found too late to take off. It was a very sad day on May 1st, 2008. This passing was very very very depressing and everyone has been terribly sad about it. Buddy misses Kathy very much but he is holding on strong. As ias everyone else. Good bye!

Woof! I am Kathy an English Setter. I am currently 13 years old and will be 14 on May 4th of 2008. One of my owners signed me up for this so I could meet other old timer dogs like me! I love to just sit around and do nothing. It is my thing, my hobby. So this blog is just to tell you other kanine old timers that you are not alone when it comes to being lazy. People just don't understand that we dogs get very tired when we hit our ages 6-8 then comes 10! 10 is the worst. 10 is like being in your 70s as a person. Plus being a cuddle kanine is not easy and very hard working and tirering! Oh well! I guess only my fellow dogs will understand... Oh and I have a best friend! His name is Buddy. He is a Coker Spaniel 4 years old going to be 5 soon. He's like my little brother. And I live with him. Sadly I live with many other pets as well. Other than people I live with 2 cats, one girl one boy. Then a rabbit, a girl named Pudgey. Her and I get along pretty good. Oh and then there's the kittens! Socks and Puss in Boots! They are about 6 moths old and they are so tirering. I have to kitten sit when my owners are out or not home. It gets pretty ruff! But I can handle it! I was rescued by my owner Linda. She's my closest person ever it's like she is my birth mother. But since I was rescued by her and her husband, I guess she kinda is in a way. I was with her since I was about 2 years old or 2 months old. I can't remember. But I know that when I go, I want her with me and holding my paw or holding my head. And she is everything to me. I love her so much. More then sneaking out and sneaking off for a walk with no leash! I love to hug her, sleep on her bed, everything she does with me I love it. I love her more than air! I better get going. I have a vet visit. I have some problems with my lungs and heart. And I have very bad Arthritis. I'll try to keep writing. Bow-Wow Kathy! <3
