Kaiser, the new "puppy"!  Though he is just 8 months old he's already at 74lbs.  He's half White German Shepherd and half regular American German Shepherd, making him a very light beige/white/black "saddle".  

Kaiser first came to us when he was just over 3 months old, as the family who got him were moving and couldn't take a very large dog with them and the 3 small children.  At that time I passed him on to another friend who had lost his shepherd 6 months before, and that friend's wife couldn't keep up with his high energy any longer, so he was returned to me on November 25. 

Gretchen adores him and matches his energy level!  He's very well trainned and very protective.  His next adventure will be to the Vet for neutering.
