My beautiful little Gretchen is a love who came into my life after the death of my beloved Brandy, also a GSD. Gretchen is a sweet dog, she loves everyone, and everyone loves her. She does have a mischievous side, like when she tried jumping into the windowsill like the cat did, when she was 7 months old. You can imagine how funny that was! As soon as her back paws hit the base of the sill, she fell right down. I wished i had it for "Funniest Pet Videos". Her parents are both European GSD's and her siblings and other relatives have been search % rescue dogs.

Brandy, I'd known her since she was in utero, and have of pic of me holding her when she was just 3 weeks old. More than a dog, a best friend, who carried on conversations with me. She was THE one special dog in my life, I was there when she was born, and I held her in my arms as she crossed over to Rainbow Bridge. Her footprints are forever in my heart.

Kaiser, the new "puppy"! Though he is just 8 months old he's already at 74lbs. He's half White German Shepherd and half regular American German Shepherd, making him a very light beige/white/black "saddle".

Kaiser first came to us when he was just over 3 months old, as the family who got him were moving and couldn't take a very large dog with them and the 3 small children. At that time I passed him on to another friend who had lost his shepherd 6 months before, and that friend's wife couldn't keep up with his high energy any longer, so he was returned to me on November 25.

Gretchen adores him and matches his energy level! He's very well trainned and very protective. His next adventure will be to the Vet for neutering.

My son has taken a slew of pictures, and hopefully I will have some to download very soon!

Good Morning...great seeing you here...well we adopted a new lil gal...Sugar...I don't know if you remember her from Chance/Holly....we put in the application...and after all the waiting and interviews and home visit...we got her ...she now thinks she is a shep..and doing great. The three of them are such a great pack together. She runs under them, and keeps up with everything they do. She sleeps with Sasha, her choice...I didnt have to go buy small stuff..she plays with the big toys...doesnt use her small bed ...but rather snuggle with Sasha. They are almost the same age. Tucker is doing the big brother deal over here. It's been a lot of fun. How are your pups doing? We have a new shep on here now..just joined yesterday Sadie..shes a real cutie too.
