Turo was my first police dog.  He was young and full of energy.  Turo was a sable giant.  He weighed about 117 pounds and was quite the handful!  We grew together in the K9 Unit.  He was only with me for two years before he was struck with Lyme Disease.  I retired Turo and moved on to Jessy.  Jessy and I would have to sneak out to the police car when we went to work.  I parked my car at the end of the driveway so he wouldnt have to see us go!  The day I had to put him to sleep, I put on my uniform and took him for a drive in HIS car.  We barked at the deers and had a really good time!  He kissed his MOMMY every day of his life!  I missed working with him terribly but Jessy became my soul mate and we made our K9 runs in his memory! 

I am Chihuahua so hear me roar!  I am small but I have a HUGE heart!  I love everyone and everyone loves me!  I refuse to potty outside but Mommy keeps trying.  I am security for any parties that we have here at our house.  Mom even bought me a sweatshirt that identifies me as such!  I love life and I run so fast!

I use to use Tessa as a launching pad to get on the couch but I learned that it wasn't so hard to get up there and now I don't use her anymore!  I am cute and I KNOW it!  Thanks for reading about me!  Pictures coming soon!

Sophie came to me from animal control.  I had a friend tell me she was there so I went immediately to save her.  We had to wait until the courts released her to me but as soon as we got the paperwork, I paid the fees and took her home!   I knew that she needed to be an only dog in a home because she is needy for alot of love!  I found a friend that took her home for a try out and he said she is just beautiful and has adapted to his schedule!  I am so happy to have saved yet another baby!  I had her for a couple months so it was hard to see her go but she is so happy it is worth it!

Ike was a GREAT police dog.  He found lots of drugs and bad guys.  His owner trained him every day so he was a very dependable police dog.  He not only worked on the street but he was a winner at any police dog contest that he participated in!  Ike was a Super star and he knew it.  I have known him ever since he came to the American soil!  I used to baby talk him and his owner would get frustrated with me.  I knew that Ike could be both a social dog and a POLICE dog but I repected his owners wishes and left him alone!  His owner left the police department and moved to another City, a couple of months ago,  where he couldn't take Ike so I volunteered to take him in.  He did great here and everyone loved him.  He liked to lay in the yard and watch me do yard or dog work.  I miss him terribly.  I knew it was his last night with me.  He lost his appetite and was breathing heavily and just wanted me to lay with him.  I laid with him and held him close.  I told him it was OK if he needed to go be with Jessy!  He passed a couple of hours later.  He had a great life and brought alot of joy to alot people and he also sent alot of bad people to prison!
