My name is Smokey. Actually, my registered name is Jason's UT Smokey Girl. I am a part long-hair, part short-hair, Dapple Dachshund. I am mostly black with gray, white and some brown highlights. That's why they call me Smokey. I am the middle child. But it doesn't get me down. I love to run, and I pretty quick. I am so fast I can catch a bird before it even gets off of the ground, but my momma doesn't like it when I do. I am also a very high jumper... I can jump all the way into my momma's arms. I like to lick, and I love to play fetch. I sometimes suffer from ADD. I can't always focus, but until they come out with Adderall for Dogs, I guess I am just stuck with it....

My name is Maggie. I am the youngest of my clan... I am a sable colored Mini-Dachshund. I am still learning to behave, but I haven't got it down pat yet. I am a very excited little girl, but when I am ready to cuddle... i like to crawl up behind my daddy's neck and lie there. I am almost as fast as my sister Smokey, but I can't jump as high as her... We like to share our toys, and by share I mean that I wait till Smokey has a toy, and then I take it from her.
